The Customer and Participant Satisfaction Report aims to assess the level of satisfaction of individuals who participated in the training programs and courses provided by Shu’al Center. The report includes the results of satisfaction surveys collected from participants, with a detailed analysis of the feedback and suggestions received. The report also includes an analysis of the performance of trainers and training content, and highlights the strengths of the programs implemented, such as the quality of training, program organization, and participant interaction. The report also highlights areas that may need improvement in order to enhance the trainees’ experience in the future. The report also includes a comparison between customer evaluations at the beginning and end of the year to determine the improvements made to the services, and the extent to which these improvements have impacted the overall level of participant satisfaction.
